56 CHEVY 2DR POST
My car has a Bal. and decked .040 327 with every thing
new. speed pro
coated pistons, rods recon with arp. Bolts. Dbl hump
heads with screw in
studs and guide plates z springs and roller rockers.
Lunati 00010 hyd
cam 292D/480L. Edlelbrock rpm intake, 750 carb, MSD
billet dist. 6AL
box. Mech fuel pump. This engine is right at 9:2:1 with
the 64cc heads.
Trans. Is a TH 350 compl rebuilt, new clutches, shift
kit, etc. TCI 2500
stall, hurst quarter stick shift. 9" ford narrowed to
stock location,
Detroit true-trac posi, 31 spline moser axles, 3:73
richmond, Wilwood
disc conversion to the rear, new 5 leaf spring with poly
bushings. New
gas tank with sending unit. I have spent nearly 6k on
the above. The
front brakes have had disc added that utilizes the
factory spindle. The
car needs a 4whl disc master cyl, and brake lines
plumbed to the rear.
605 power steering box. I have briefly driven the car
with front brakes.
This is where the project came to a stop. The body is
some what solid
for as old as it is. It has had half quarters and the D.
side needs to
be redone. Also needs a floor sections. Body mounts are
good. Trunk is
excel. Interior would need every thing but is all their
including 2dr.
front bench seat. I have the original 3:73 rearend
available. I have
nearly 13k invested. Thanks
