Every time it would rain, we would worry because the storm drain in front of Cookees was collapsed. Finally, in 2011, the drain was finally repaired by the city of Pleasanton. We also had a ditch dug beside the building next to Cookees to keep water from flooding the building at the same time. We are now experiencing fantastic drainage and no more flooding!!
